Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between Timur Shavkatovich Sharafutdinov, individual, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan (the "Administrator", "we") and the user of the AI Assistants website (https://ai-assistants.uz, the "Site", the "Service").

Agreement version: 2026-07-10. Effective date: 10 July 2026.

The Agreement is a legally binding document. By using the Site, the user confirms they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of the Agreement.

The following terms are used in the Agreement:

• User — a capable natural person aged 18 or older who uses the Site.
• Content — any materials published on the Site: texts, images, interface, software code, documentation.
• User Content — data, texts, settings, and other materials the user enters or uploads when using the Service.
• AI assistant — a software module based on artificial intelligence technologies for automated processing of user requests.
• Account — a set of user data enabling identification when using certain Service features, where such features are provided.

AI Assistants is an information and technology service enabling users to learn about AI assistant solutions, configure interaction scenarios, submit consultation requests, and use other features available on the Site.

The Administrator may change, supplement, or limit Service functionality without prior notice, provided this does not worsen services already paid for by the user. As of the publication date of the Agreement, paid features are not active.

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

This Agreement does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of civil legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Information published on the Site is informational and does not create an obligation for the Administrator to enter into a contract with any person on the terms stated on the Site until separately agreed.

Applications submitted through Site forms are reviewed by the Administrator individually. Acceptance of an offer, conclusion of a contract, and provision of paid services are possible only on the basis of a separate agreement.

The Service is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or older. By using the Site, the user confirms they meet this requirement and have full legal capacity.

The Administrator may deny access to or discontinue the Service if it is established that the user has not reached the required age or provided false information.

Certain Service features may require providing contact details or creating an account. The user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

The user is responsible for:

• safeguarding account access credentials (where applicable);
• all actions performed using their contact details and account;
• promptly notifying the Administrator of unauthorized access.

The Administrator may block or delete an account in case of violation of the Agreement, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity.

AI assistants of the Service are designed to automate request processing, demonstrate capabilities, and assist in configuring scenarios. AI responses are generated algorithmically based on user input and settings.

The user understands and agrees that:

• AI results may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information;
• AI responses are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.) unless expressly stated otherwise;
• decisions based on AI responses are made by the user at their own risk;
• the Administrator does not guarantee a specific outcome from using AI features.

As of the publication date of the Agreement, processing of AI assistant requests is performed without transferring users' personal data outside the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Administrator is not liable for losses arising from use or inability to use AI features, including lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm, to the extent permitted by law.

The user undertakes not to rely solely on AI responses when making decisions with legal, financial, medical, or other material consequences, and to consult qualified specialists when necessary.

The Administrator may suspend AI features for maintenance, model updates, or troubleshooting.

Exclusive rights to the Site, its design, software code, trademarks, logos, texts, and other Content elements (except User Content) belong to the Administrator or rights holders who have granted appropriate licenses.

The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for personal and business purposes within its functionality. The user is prohibited from:

• copying, modifying, decompiling, or creating derivative works based on the Site without written consent of the Administrator;
• using Site elements to create competing services;
• removing copyright and other rights notices.

User Content remains the property of the user. By posting User Content, the user grants the Administrator a non-exclusive right to use it to the extent necessary for Service operation.

The user warrants they have rights to the posted User Content and that its publication does not violate third-party rights or legislation.

The user bears full responsibility for the content of entered data, prompts, scenarios, and other materials, including compliance with requirements regarding third parties' personal data.

The Administrator may delete or restrict access to User Content that violates the Agreement, law, or third-party rights without prior notice.

The user is prohibited from:

• using the Site for unlawful purposes;
• attempting unauthorized access to systems, data, or other users' accounts;
• distributing malware, conducting DDoS attacks, or other actions disrupting Site operation;
• using AI features to generate unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content;
• automated data collection from the Site (scraping) without written consent of the Administrator;
• impersonating another person or providing false information;
• violating intellectual property rights of the Administrator and third parties.

Upon detection of violations, the Administrator may restrict access, block IP addresses, and contact competent authorities.

As of the publication date of this Agreement, paid subscriptions, pricing plans, and payment acceptance through the Site are not active. Information about possible future pricing is preliminary and creates no obligations.

When paid features are launched, the Administrator will publish separate payment terms, service delivery procedures, refund policy, and update the Agreement. Payment will be possible only after the user expressly agrees to current terms.

The Service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Administrator is not liable for interruptions caused by technical failures, actions of third parties, force majeure, or maintenance work.

The Administrator's aggregate liability to the user for any claims related to use of free Site functionality is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for paid services in the last 12 months, or zero if no such payments were made.

Nothing in the Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory norms of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Processing of users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Site. By using the Service, the user agrees to the terms of that Policy.

The Administrator may suspend or terminate user access to the Service in cases of:

• violation of the Agreement terms;
• requirement of competent government authorities;
• threat to Site security or other users;
• discontinuation of the Service or its individual features.

The user may stop using the Site at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, applicable law) remain in effect after termination.

Parties are released from liability for partial or complete failure to perform obligations due to force majeure: natural disasters, military actions, epidemics, government decisions, communication and power supply failures, actions of third parties beyond the Administrator's reasonable control.

The party affected by such circumstances undertakes to notify the other party within a reasonable time, if technically possible.

The legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan applies to this Agreement and the parties' relationship.

Disputes are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached within 30 (thirty) calendar days, the dispute shall be considered by a court at the Administrator's location in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Administrator may amend the Agreement unilaterally. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Site unless another date is specified. Continued use of the Service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
