Consent to Personal Data Processing

This "Consent to Personal Data Processing" document (the "Consent") defines the terms on which the user consents to processing of their personal data when using the AI Assistants website (https://ai-assistants.uz, the "Site", the "Service").

Consent is provided voluntarily, specifically, in an informed and conscious manner. Checking the relevant field in a form, clicking a confirmation button, or continuing to use the Service after reading this Consent constitutes expression of consent, unless the interface provides otherwise.

The Operator acts as an individual without forming a legal entity and does not claim state registration of a personal data database.

Consent applies to processing of the following personal data provided by the user:

• last name, first name, patronymic (if provided);
• email address;
• phone number;
• Telegram identifier;
• text of inquiries, applications, messages, and requests;
• data entered when configuring AI assistants (prompts, scenarios, parameters);
• technical data: IP address, browser and device information, cookies;
• other data the user voluntarily provides in Site forms.

The Operator does not request special categories of personal data. The user should not include health status, biometric data, or other sensitive information in inquiries without necessity.

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• reviewing applications, inquiries, and consultation requests;
• communicating with the user regarding the Service;
• providing and configuring AI assistant features;
• fulfilling the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy;
• ensuring security and preventing abuse;
• maintaining inquiry records and improving Service quality;
• complying with requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The legal basis for personal data processing is this Consent of the personal data subject, as well as other grounds provided by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law "On Personal Data" dated 2 July 2019 No. ZRU-547.

By providing Consent, the user confirms they have read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use published on the Site.

Personal data processing is carried out using automation tools and without them, including collection, recording, organization, storage, clarification, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, and deletion.

Artificial intelligence technologies (AI assistants) may be used to process requests. The user consents to automated processing of entered data within Service functionality.

As of the publication date of the Consent, personal data is not transferred outside the Republic of Uzbekistan for processing using foreign LLM services. Data is stored on servers in Uzbekistan (Eskiz hosting, PostgreSQL database).

Personal data is stored for the following periods:

• consultation and lead data for people who do not become clients — up to 12 (twelve) months after the last meaningful interaction;
• active account data — while the account is active; after deletion, as needed for claims, consent proof, and obligations, for up to 3 (three) years;
• consent records — while related data is processed and for up to 3 (three) years afterward when necessary;
• technical and security logs — up to 90 (ninety) days unless a longer period is required to investigate an incident;
• future AI chat history, voice recordings, and uploaded documents — not currently stored; if enabled, the periods stated in the Privacy Policy apply.

Upon expiry of these periods, data is deleted or anonymized unless otherwise required by law.

The user consents to transfer of personal data to the following categories of recipients to the extent necessary to achieve processing purposes:

• hosting provider Eskiz (Uzbekistan) — to host and operate the Site;
• government authorities — upon lawful request;
• other parties — only with separate user consent or another lawful basis.

The Operator does not sell personal data and does not transfer it to foreign LLM providers as of the publication date of the Consent.

The user has the right to:

• receive information about processing of their personal data;
• request correction, blocking, or deletion of data;
• withdraw this Consent;
• restrict processing in cases provided by law;
• appeal actions of the Operator to an authorized body or court.

To exercise these rights, send a request to sarafutdinovtimur96@gmail.com. Review period — up to 30 (thirty) calendar days.

The user may withdraw Consent at any time by sending written notice to sarafutdinovtimur96@gmail.com indicating full name and contact details.

Withdrawal of Consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and deletes data within 30 (thirty) calendar days unless further storage is required to fulfill obligations established by law or to protect the Operator's rights in a dispute.

Withdrawal of Consent may make it impossible to use certain Service features that require personal data processing.

Consent is provided only by persons aged 18 or older. By providing Consent, the user confirms they meet this requirement.

If the Operator becomes aware that data of a person under 18 was obtained, such data will be deleted without undue delay.

By providing Consent, the user confirms that they:

• have read this Consent, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use;
• understand the purposes, scope, and retention periods of personal data processing;
• provide consent voluntarily and consciously;
• are aged 18 or older.
